About me

Hello and welcome on my yoga journey!

I started yoga at the beginning of 2019. At the time, I was studying at university and looking for a way to better manage stress. I started a home yoga practice - breath techniques, meditation and some yoga poses. My beginnings were very much about self-study before I started visiting yoga studios. I read books, articles and practiced yoga mostly at home. Through yoga, I overcame challenging times and realized that I wanted to teach yoga one day. And it was with this thought that I began to follow my dream as a yoga teacher.

 

After completing the course, I started teaching yoga in my hometown of Ostrava and taught at the DO YOGA studio, Santosha Yoga Studio, Lanade Yoga Ostrava and Fatima Dance and Fitness. I have also organized four yoga retreats in the Beskydy Mountains at the Apartmány Bílá 188. After some time I also started to teach private yoga classes. During the summer my students and I practiced yoga mainly in the park in Ostrava, where we enjoyed the sun. Yoga outdoors in nature is still my favourite practice.

In May 2023 I moved to Malta where I currently teach yoga at the Wise Panda Studio, sharing my passion for yoga abroad. After a year in Malta, I enriched my education with 25 hours of SUP Yoga Teacher Training. And here my yoga adventure continues..
